If your asking if they have a fast pass then yes. If not, I'm sorry for my useless information.

I could be wrong but DCA and DL are on separate "networks" so they shouldn't be connected.

I know what the OP is asking. RR is disconnected from the DL network, so you can hold a separate FP for that attraction even if you are holding one for another DL attraction at the same time.

Unfortunately, DCA hooked GRR into the DCA FP system sometime last year (I think it was over the summer).

So RR is currently the only free-standing, unlinked, FP attraction. HTH
