Refresh My Memory -- FP+ for offsite visit?

I haven't done FP+ and stayed off property yet, but that's the plan for my upcoming late Nov/ early Dec trip. So, let's see if I have this right. I can book 30 days out, but only one day at a time, correct? I'm getting close to my 30 day mark and I'm getting nervous that I'm forgetting something! Please talk me down!

We've done this and I would suggest staying up late if you want Anna & Elsa's meet and greet or the Dwarfs ride (or some of the specials such as parade in MK). I wouldn't count on A&E but we did manage to get the Dwarfs and everything else we wanted during Spring Break.

I've done Anna and Elsa -- stayed on property last Halloween and stayed up until midnight to grab the fastpasses for our party of 7, the whole shebang. This time I don't need that one, I"m OK if I don't get Mine Train, as I'd like to see the queue this time (got that FP for multiple days last trip). I just wanted to make sure I remembered how to do the reservations and if it was every day. Thanks!
