Reflections questions - Had construction started prior to the closures?

Had constructions started on Reflections? Do you think it will continue to be built after all of this ? If so, what would the target date likely be?

Ground work had started on Reflections. I don't think anything further is happening right now.

Yes, I think they will continue to build after all of this. But the timing will depend heavily on sales of Riveria.

My understanding was that even during the shut down they continued construction on Reflections.
We have major construction projects continuing all over our city during the shut down and my people have been working all month within the new guidelines. There is already a lot of distance between our guys in the commercial construction industry due to safety regulations and they are also used to wearing mask and other protective gear while working. Not a huge stretch for us to implement these new guidelines.
Honestly, if WDW stopped construction in certain areas, it's likely they are rethinking the project all together due to budget concerns. I'm questioning some of the EPCOT spine project, as potions of that were going to be quite price (especially that floating island looking building with the trees on top of it) That area is still in the demolition stage I believe.

Indeed, I think the last thing Disney wants is to be selling 3 resorts at once for any meaningful length of time, and Aulani seems to be a ways from selling out still.
