Refirbed CBR Pirate Rooms?

I read in the FAQ thread that they would be completed Oct 2015...

Are any of them done yet?

Will they have a 3rd bed?

Permits were filed in March for Room Rehabs of all Pirate buildings with end date of October 3, 2015. But just because they filed the permits does not mean it will happen. I have heard no reports from anyone that anything has happened. I suppose they could still get it done...but maybe they have decided to change the plan.

No where have I seen any indication of what the plan is for their design.
