refills on fountain drinks @ counter service restaurants

What counter service restaurants have free refills on the fountain drinks.
The only one I know of is Restaurantsaus in Animal Kingdom.

I don't think that can be assumed for ALL TS restaurants.

The places mentioned by PPs are all CS with self serve fountains for pop so I think it is pretty fair to say that these are restaurants with free refills, at least that has been our experience.

The only counter service locations that are not located in the resorts where my family and I have been that offer refills since you get the drinks yourselfs is the Electric Umbrella at Epcot and Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney Marketplace.

Apparently EoS does too - I say apparently because I could never drink more than one soda with a meal and especially not the large sizes they serve!
