Refillable Sports Bottles at Animal Kingdom

Always searching for new pitches to sell beverages and food, Disney World's Animal Kingdom is conducting a drink-refill test program by hawking refillable Animal Topper sports bottles.

Guests can buy the 32-ounce plastic Animal Toppers, with their decorative heads of various wild animals, at quick-service locations and soda fountain beverage stands in the theme park. When the bottle is empty, guests can buy refills at those locations for $1 apiece.

But don't go to any Animal Kingdom restaurants for a refill because they aren't selling them. The test is scheduled through Jan. 4, 2003.

Hmmm, I'd rather have one that works at every park.

Well right now it is just a testing phase, so perhaps if all goes well it will be available in other parks.
