Don't bevvies just taste better when drunk out of a plastic mug with a Disney resort logo on it!

:rotfl2:

Absolutely!! Filled my ASMo mug countless times when there last fall...Now I fill it with coffee and sit here on the DIS boards and dream of getting new mugs next year from FW!

p.s. YAY SOX!!!!

I am the envy of all the PTA moms with my PO and my POP mugs!
Love  the way all my bevvies taste from them, even water tastes good! :flower:

We use our mugs all the time. The travel ones are great for the car. Everything tastes great in a Disney mug, especially my rum and coke. :drinking1

I dunno - it starts to taste a little bit plasticky after a while!

I use mine everyday with either tea or coffee crisp coffee drinking in the van on the way to work.
Until we go again to Disney

I am disappointed. I came to this post expecting a heated argument about whether or not mugs could be used on subsequent visits...

Forgive me for being such a newbie on this topic, but I think I have it all figured out from everything I've read. :confused3

These mugs you all talk about . . . Do I have the story straight?
You buy them at the resort where you are staying and then you can refill them anytime you want during your stay (although I have seen that this is HIGHLY debated :rotfl: ) at your resort. Is there one central place that you refill them? Where do you buy them? How much do they cost? What kinds of beverages are available? :confused3

Sorry to have so many questions, but I've read so much about them, but never any of the real specific details. I can't stand it any longer . . . I've got to know!!! :teeth:

LOL! - I was thinking the same thing!

You guys are so funny. I started this thread with my tongue firmly planted in cheek *because* of the 7 billion debate threads about the bloody mugs.

The first few posters really know how to lighten things up and I think that's just great.

Yep, you've pretty much got it! You buy this refillable travel-type mug at whatever resort you're staying at, then you can fill them up with whatever is available at the drink station at your resort (food court or whatever) - usually soda, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. You can only refill them at the resort where you bought them; they cost $12 last fall when I was there, which to me is insane for a plastic travel mug!...but if you fill them up enough times you really do save money. Plus it's just a way cool souvenir to take home and use again while you plan your next trip to WDW!
