We drank a lot of unsweetened iced tea and light minute maid lemonade this trip. We don't drink Gatorade, but I believe that have Gatorade also. They also have sweetened iced tea, didn't see iced coffee. ENJOY!
Is there milk available for the coffee? And in what manner? My DGS loves chocolate milk. Could I conceivably cool the hot chocolate with white milk from the coffee area?
If you're on the dining plan, you get 1 drink with each meal. When my kids were small, I got a bottle of milk as my drink, as well as one for theirs. Then I used my mug to get my soda, tea, whatever. If they didn't drink the milk, I put it in the resort fridge for later.
Yes, thanks, that will work when we're having meals. But I will have to get juice boxes or some other alternative when we're hanging at the pool. Just seems "undisney" to have nothing for kids.

Well depending on your opinion and the childs age they could have orange soda (Fanta) or Minute Maid lemonade. I don't know many kids who don't like drinking soda and it won't do that much harm (juice has similar amounts of sugar) for them to have some soda when on holiday. They can get milk or juice with a meal. If they are under three they won't get a mug anyway.
Juice is more expensive than soda so it won't go on a refill programme. You could do as previous poster suggests and use the drink as part of your adult dining credits to get bottles juice or milk (as you can use your mug) and then save the bottled drink for when needed.
I know in my head that juice has a lot of sugar but somehow the grandma in me is not ready to let them drink soda (they will be 5-8-9). Maybe the lemonade? Wonder how they'd feel about unsweetened ice tea?!?!?!
My grandmunchkins have been using Disney mugs since they were three. You can get hot cocoa packets and make the hot cocoa, or they have tea, if you don't want them to have soda. When my youngest was a toddler, we got Apple juice with our resort meals and used our mugs for our drinks. We also did the same with milk.
Now that they're older they want soda,as it is a treat. They still prefer sweet tea, but don't like Disney's, lol. At night, or in the morning, they still want hot cocoa.
Unfortunately not much. There's usually some type of minute maid lemonade and often blue powerade, but that's usually it and not always available at all resorts.
I just ordered juiceboxes along with waterbottles. I had the kids drink milk with meals, brought juiceboxes with us to parks (as I was less worried about them going bad than milk), and at night they got hot chocolate as a treat in their mugs. Older son (7) liked the blue powerade, and I didn't feel too guilty about that one. I too wish they offered juice, but I understand why they don't. And to be honest, with the dining plan (and purchasing water and juice from amazon prime) we had more than enough to eat and drink.
