Can we refill them at all parks/resorts or just where we are staying.

Refillable mugs are $9.99. Refills are free in your resort and include soda, iced tea, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and lemonade. They are only good for length of stay and only good at the resort. We filled ours with coffee and took them to the park, returned and rinsed them re-filling them each evening with a beverage. If you fill them 5 times they pay for themselves. You will not get free refills in any of the parks.

the mugs average around 9.99 (depending on the resort). You can only use them at the resort you bought/staying at, with the exception of the All Stars & PO. All Star mugs can be used at any All Star & PO's can be used at either FQ or Riverside. Refills are free. When I purchased my mugs, I was told they were good for return trips. Now Disney seems to be changing that policy....it is now suppose to be only for that stay. The parks have no refillable program....but the water parks do. You need to purchase a mug from the water park & it is good for refills for that day only. Hope this helps......

***Silly Question Alert*** Can you purchase a mug without staying at the resort? Such as, can I stay offsite and still buy a mug from say All Stars and get refills there? ***End Silly Question Alert***

Yes, you can. No matter where we are staying, we tend to go to PO or AS for lunch a couple of times - so we bought the mug.

I think they changed the policy on using the mug for more than one trip because they didn't realize that so many of us would actually DO IT! Ha-Ha.

Actually we always bring our old ones with us just in case. And, honestly, unless the cup has changed designs... you won't have a problem using it. The old Dixie Landings mug had the same design for several years... you be amazed if I told you how many trips we used it for!
