Here it is. It is the same at all resorts (except the CSR which has their own mug). I believe I read they have three different handle colors.

They are the same price at any resort & you can use them at any of the resorts. They are worth it to fill up at your resort, but also good to bring with you to Epcot or DHS & fill up at a Boardwalk area resort if you want to take a little walk & a break from the parks.

Put your seatbelts and flame suits on folks, here we go !
You can now only use your mug at the resort where you purchased it. Makes no sense, and I don't think there's any way to police it (all of the mugs are the same now), but that is the current rule.
I was wondering about this too. We will be staying at CSR and they have resort specific mugs. However my DS likes the new mug (some friends just got back so he saw theirs) and wants one of them. So....I was thinking about picking up one for him at a different resort. But then I was reading the QSDP pamphlet that the same friends gave me and it does specifically say....eligible for refills at Quick Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel. So he won't be able to use it at CSR. Of course if he wants to buy one with souvenir money to add to his collection that will be fine.
When they had the Year of a Million Dream mugs those were allowed to be used at any of the Resort counter service locations, so I would assume it's the same thing for the new generic mug designs. Just like the Year of a Million Dream mugs the new designs they are sold at all the Resort counter service locations and there is no way to tell where they were purchased at.You can now only use your mug at the resort where you purchased it.
