Refillable Mugs

Can smebody tell us what the rule is for refillable mugs. We brought YOMD mugs when we went this year and wasn't sure if we can take them back with us when we go next year or will we have to purchase new mugs.

I could be wrong, but sadly I think you're supposed to buy new mugs for each trip... not sure how they 'police' this though... we always get new ones... they are starting to take over our house!

yes i think that's correct. You're supposed to buy new mugs each trip.

We always get new mugs for each trip (they do change the design sometimes), they soon pay for themsleves anyway

Unless you have resort mugs from the time when it was by it now and use it forever at this resort... Our POFQ ones sat in the back of a cupboard for 7 years and when we got them out to reuse them they looked all yellow and rather manky. Since then we've bought them new each time.

can you use them around the parks? Or are they just for resort guests?

You can only use them at your resort.
You can buy a mug at the water parks(and only these parks), that you can use at either park, you just buy a new bar-code sticker for the other days that you use it.

You should be buying the refills each year - they are a great memmento. You can buy a refill mug at Typhoon Lagoon and use that at Blizzard Beach (you'll need to purchase a new Day barcode on different days) You can use your resort cup at any resort during your stay. Having said that, when we stayed at Pop recently, people were filling all sorts of containers and were not being challenged
