Refillable Mugs in the Parks?

Does anyone know if you can get a refillable mug for the four major parks? If so what is the price and do you pay to refill it?

We went to Six Flags Over Ga. yesterday and got a mug for $11.99 with free refills all day!

I am aware of the one at the resorts but we camp so there is no real need for this. I would love to not have to take in water bottles and juice boxes in my bag.

Hi; I would also like to know the answer to this question. It would save having to take drinks to the parks and have extra room in our stroller for snacks and all the other stuff we want to spend our money on

This isn't going to help much, but you definitely can get something. I believe I saw this in at least AK and MGM. There were large cups with "oversized" lids. Had animals or something on them. I know you could get them refilled, but I think you still had to pay.

Here's a tip though: Ice water is free in the parks. Bring some powdered drink packets and get free cups of ice water at any counter service. Mix with the powder and there you go. An inexpensive drink.

Animal Kingdom offers refillable cups with animal head tops. Purchase one for $6.79 plus tax and refills are just $1.00. This may be a seasonal promotion. Thanks to David T for info.

I have a solution for your caffeine problem! Crystal light makes an energy drink!!! Its called on the go energy. the flavor is wild strawberry and its delish!! a box of 10 is like $3 where i live..(northern va). i would say it has almost as much kick as a can of mountain dew. hope this helps ya!!

Thank you for that info! I drink way too many diet Dr. Pepper's and Mr. Pibb(why do I bother with the DIET?!?!?!) Your suggestion sounds more low cal/low sugar than soft drinks! It sounds like a good option. I will definitely try it. I haven't looked for it here(GA) but I will!

I guess I do benefit from the energy but I do love the way Pibb and Dr. P taste! If I don't have at least 2 cans or 2 bottles of Dr.P or Pibb by mid-afternoon I have a headache. I must be addicted!

LOL!! I am not ashamed to admit that I am a big caffeine junkie. I think I am about 2 drinks away from Starbuck's naming a drink after me! Anyway, yeah, the Crystal light is no sugar and only 5 calories. Plus, it's not carbonated, so no gas!!! LOL We are going in 19 days!! I cant wait!!! Hope you have a wonderful trip in October. I haven't seen one in MGM but I did purchase the one at AK the animal topper bottle is 6.79 w/ drink in it and 1 dollar w/tax for a refill and this is the only way that you can have a straw in AK.

When we went in September 06 there was another way to get a straw too. I didn't see that refill deal (sounds like a decent deal if you'll use it). Anyway, if you bought a 20 oz bottle of pop, they sold a topper that you screwed onto the bottle with a thick rubber/plastic straw that ran down into the bottle. The topper was Mickey in his AK outfit. It was a great idea for our little ones and we kept it as a souvenir.

The water parks sell refillable mugs, but other than AK I don't think the other parks do, but I have been known to be wrong on an occasion.

In december you could use a snack credit for the refill on the AK cup.
