Refillable Mugs from WDW to Vero

After a week at WDW on the dining plan, we will have three refillable mugs. Can we use them at Vero? How much would it cost? I'm trying to decide whether or not I need to pick up drinks when we stop by the grocery store. Thanks!

From what I've read, Dining Plan mugs are activated for 14 days ( the "length of stay" mug option ) and a few people on the Internet say the WDW mugs work at Vero, so....it may cost nothing?
If not, refillable mugs cost $9 to $18 depending on how many days you want to use them:
