Refillable Mugs/cups

I have been reading a little about these- if you buy one is it good for your entire stay? Can you use the same one at your resort AND at MK etc or do you have to get a different one for each place you go? We have the dining plan but I thought it might be nice to get milk to bring back and have cereal for breakfast, or soda for snacks at night, etc.

Hi Tara,

The refillable mugs you purchase at the resort are for your resort only and only for the length of your stay.

Okay, thanks. The resort was the main place I was thinking it would be helpful- I don't really want to carry it around all day at the parks. We are going without our daughter and I finally get to be hands-free, stroller-free, diaper bag-free

Besides using the mugs at the Resort you stay at you can also use them at the other Resorts since they all sell the Year of a Million Dream logo mugs, if you plan on visiting the other Resorts. The only Resort you can't use them at is Coronado Springs because their dining locations are not owned WDW, so they the only Resort which sells their Resort logo mug.

There are no refillable mugs available at the parks, except for the water parks. Then you buy a mug the 1st day & refill stickers any other days.

At the resorts, milk is not included as a beverage choice.

Coke products, hot and cold tea, coffee, hot chocolate and I believe apple juice is included. If you are staying at Pop Century, they have frozen cokes too

Ya last time we stayed at POP and it was worth it just for the frozen coke. This time we are staying at WL and I doubt very much if they have frozen coke?!

You can only use them in the resort, not the parks. Even thought it says that you can only use them during your stay, most people use them for all their stays.

woooooo hooooo I love frozen coke!!! that sold me on a cup we plan on getting 4 of them.

For frozen cokes I might change from Swan to a POP.

i use my mug at other resorts..same one for 11 years..i seen it this trip..the first mugs are being used still..im was at the poly and one person used his allstars mug there..its no big deal..never had a problem

The DIS does not promote the breaking of rules at WDW. The policy is the mug is good for the length of stay in which it was purchased.
