Refillable mugs at the Fort

Last March when we were in the campground, the refillable mugs were filled at the pool by the workers at the poolside quick service place. Just wondered if they have the rapid refillable system at the main pool so we can fill our mugs ourselves now?
Also, we were at Saratoga springs over the holidays and the length of stay mug was for 14 days. We are going camping for 3 weeks in March. Does that mean we have to buy a second mug after 14 days for the last week of our vacations? I realize that not a lot of people stay in a hotel for more than 14 days but there are lots of people in the campground for longer periods. Any one have any experience with this?

My husband brought our Rapid Fill mugs to the pool and he said there is a reader there that tells the employee if the cup is valid, and then the employee fills a regular paper cup for you, then you have to dump it into your Rapid Fill cup. Happened to him on 3 or 4 different days, and seemed absolutely stupid to me. But oh well. And the length of stay can be however long. We were there for 16 days, and when I bought the cups I didn't realize that I was never asked how long my stay was. I went to fill the cups for the first time and realized that one cup was good through Dec 30 and the other cup was good through Dec 16. We had arrived on Dec 2 and were leaving on Dec 18. So I have no idea where they got those dates from. When I questioned it the next day, an employee told me that he couldn't do anything about it until the day it expired, and that I should just bring the cup back the last day it was valid and they would reprogram it. None of that is really right...he should have been able to fix it then, but I did as he asked and brought it back on the 16th. A different employee said we could have had it fixed at any time, and without even asking for a receipt he reprogrammed the cup to be valid through Dec. 31.

And FYI, in spite of being told specifically and repeatedly by a CM that there is no delay in refilling the cup, I did finally overhear a different CM tell another customer that there is a 2 minute delay programmed in between refills. But there is no delay on the water, and also no reader on the water nozzle, so you can pretty much put any cup you want under there to get water.
