Refillable mugs at OKW

Can you purchase the refillable mugs at OKW and if so, at which on property restaurants can you refill them?

Yes. As I recall it was $11.95 at Good's to Go as I recall. Good's to Go is where you can refill the mug, but due to the fact that they have limited hours, the bartenders at Gurgling Suitcase will generally fill the mug with soft drinks (no hot chocolate or coffee) during "late night" hours.
