As I understand it, refillable mugs are good for your length of stay. Does that also include a split stay? Staying at Pop and then Kidani and don't want to purchase 2 mugs.

You're welcome. I would keep the receipt just in case. If you are staying longer than 14 days, you do have to get it "renewed."

We have split stays most years and it's never been a problem, all your bookings are linked on MDE. We go for 17 nights so keep the receipt to add on the last 3 days, but they never seem to look at it, and have even added on another 14 days sometimes! If I didn't want to keep my mug as a souvenir I would pass it on to someone else to use up the remaining days.

Length of stay was 14 days at one time, don't know if that is still the case.

It’s still the case.

Op in the resorts forum there’s a lovely sticky thread all about the refillable mugs! Kept up to date. :)

Will a 2 year old on our package get a refillable mug?

I’m only saying this bc sometimes people don’t know... the mug gives access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sweetened iced tea, sodas, and soda-like juice drinks. No milk or real juice.

Just in case you didn’t know.
