Refillable mug question

We have an "arrival day" stay at the Pop Century (reservations separate from our package) followed by a move to the BC for a week. Can we buy mugs at PC and still use them once we get to the BC? Thanks.

I just looked at WDW site yesterday and it stated the mug could be used at any WDW resort, so that would be fine.

Would it be tacky if I had dinner reservations at California Grill and I brought along my mug after filling it in Contempo Café? I'd hate to buy a soda at the restaurant after I already paid from them via my refillable mug.

Yeah, I think it would. The refillable mug doesn't take the place of a beverage at a restaurant during a sit down meal, particularly a signature. It's meant to be used anywhere there is a refill station. CG doesn't have a refill station.

Yeah, I think I'd feel awkward. I can never make the price of those mugs work for me. I'd only fill it once a day. Maybe twice. I think I'd only break even.

Yes, you can use it for your length of stay at any WDW Resort. Just make sure to tell them your final check out date of your final WDW resort when you purchase it, not just your first resort check out, if that makes sense.

$14.99 for three days, and
$17.99 for Length of Stay.

I definitely think it works out better for longer stays. We did a 2 day mug purchase recently. That stung a bit.

Someone already posted the prices so you see the difference. If you tell them you want 1 day, you won't be allowed for refills after that. You said "package" so if you have the dining plan for when you arrive to BC, you get mugs included so you'll have another set and end up paying $9 each for only 1 day.
