Refillable Mug Question

Is there a list of places that we are allowed to use the refillable mugs at?

You can use them at any resort.

Used to be they said you could only use them at the resort where you are staying, but I believe that changed when they started with RFID mugs. They will work at any resort.

They cannot be used at parks or water parks.

You can only use it at the refill stations at the resorts, most of which are at their CS restaurants. I know that the deluxe resorts have refill stations at their pools. I don't know about the pools at mods or values. You can't use them at the TS restaurants, although I suppose you could fill up your mug at the cs before going into the table service.

Also read somewhere that Boardwalk Bakery is okay?

The Boardwalk Bakery is a counter service restaurant with the refill station for the BWI resort adjacent to it.

They can be filled at the poolside bars at the value/mod resorts as well as the food courts/cs locations at all resorts. They cannot be filled in the parks.
