Refillable Mug on DP?

Hi guys,
I am staying at CBR and when booking I thought for sure the travel rep said with the MYW w/ TS Dining plan you also get a refillable mug. I got my paperwork today and there's isn't anything on there to redeem.

Was this false? If we want them do we have to purchase them or does it come with?

(I swear my memory is getting soooo bad lately - either that or I am hearing things..lol)

If you have the Quick Service DP you get a mug per person and the Deluxe Dining comes with the mug pp, but the middle, regular DDP, no mug. Stinks huh?
