Refillable Mug at Swan?

Does the Swan/Dolphin have refillable mugs like other Disney resorts?

Yes but the only place you can fill them is at the Dolphin.

Yes, you can purchase one at the Dolphin at Tubbi's Buffeteria. They (were) located at the end of the checkout, near the cash registers.
