Refillable Drink Mugs @ WDW??

We will be visiting DisneyWorld in a couple of weeks.
Any tips where we can purchase refillable drink mugs for our stay??

If you are staying at a Disney resort, they usually have a length of stay mug that you can get refills at the food court or other restaurant-type venue at the resort. They cost about $11 or $12. If you are not staying at a Disney resort, the water parks have a one day refill. Buy the mug for about $10 and refill that day. Go back other days and buy the refill sticker for about $5.

Refills consist of coffee and soda primarily. May be other beverages at some of the hotels.

No refillable mugs in the parks (other than the water parks), though.

One suggesion I have is if you want to use the mug when you return home is............get the one with the car cup holder bottom shape not the flat kind. We now have two with a wide flat bottom that are useless in our vehicles. Just a thought.

I know what you mean about having the larger mugs and not using them at home.
I ended up giving about 5 or 6 of them(from various dis trips) to goodwill a few weeks ago just because I had no room to store them and just didn't use them.

We find that the flat bottomed mugs are awful in the dishwasher...the bottom (that snaps on and off) will get full of water...yech. Will always get the car cup shape now...JMO

I have four refillable mugs fron CSR now, two "normal" size mugs and one super-huge 64 oz mug! My DH is 6'7" and 330#, that mug was made for him!

Anyway, the CSR mugs don't have removeable bottoms so they are great in the dishwasher. They are not great for the car, but I have a hole in my chin so I like the fact that they have lids to prevent spillage. They also work well for water by the bedside. Dust doesn't get into it so you can keep it longer at the bedisde.

On our last trip, the CM that sold them to us said that they were good if you brought them on subsequent trips? Does this depend on who you ask?

yes, the dolphin has it own mug that you can buy/fill at tubbies buffeteria.

On our last trip, the CM that sold them to us said that they were good if you brought them on subsequent trips?

The policy is the mug is good for the length of stay at the resort where you bought it. But, that doesn't mean you won't be able to refill it on later trips. It just doesn't guarantee you will be able to refill it on later trips.

We bought our refillable mugs at the All Star Music resort. They have the mugs at all All Star Resort...you pay $12 for the mug, but it's well worth it. (Buy it at the food court).

can you get anything in the mugs besides soda?? can you get like lemonaide or juice??

I'm going to assume that you can get lemonade , but not juice.
That's just a guess though.

You can get coffee and tea (both hot and iced) as well as cocoa and lemonade. Anything that is available at the beverage station at the food court that would be self-serve is available for your mugs.

Please note that the mug at Tubbi's is not an official "Disney" mug since the Dolphin is not a Disney owned property. Therefore it does not have the Disney characters on it like the ones from the other resorts (or at least it didn't when I was there last). If that matters, the walk to the Boardwalk Bakery from the Dolphin isn't too bad, and you can get a Disney refillable mug there.

Just a note. I found that after purchasing my mug that I was unable to drink the fountain soda, tea, hot chocolate etc because the Florida was and I did not get along. So I spent the $12 and got a great mug, that I used to make my tea in the morning from bottled water.
