Refillable Cups

The refillable cups at US can be refilled for 79 cents, but I think it is supposed to be only for the day of purchase. Question is, is that a firm rule or will most places in the park do the 79 cent refill as long as you have a refill cup currently sold in the parks?

it's not just the day you buy it, it's any day

and it can be any refillable mug they've ever sold

just present them the cup and get your refill
