Refillable beer mugs....Can you re-use them?

I purchased a beer mug for my 2014 Dream cruise. We leave in a few days for another Dream cruise and I was wondering if I could bring that same refillable beer mug with me or if I should have purchased another one? Thanks!

You can bring it back on. My husband has used his for 4 cruises. He now just leaves the mug and brings the token/card home with him instead of hauling the mug back and forth.

The way I look at it is if you are going through the trouble of packing your mug you should be able to use it again.

I have been reusing mine in every cruise for the past 12 years and I remember when the had ones that said ESPN on them

We leave our mugs behind at the end of the cruise and just pack home the tokens! They are now packed and ready for our next cruise in two weeks!

Somehow I've wound up with a couple of extra mugs. I think friends have given them to my wife after a cruise. This last time I just brought the token home and dropped it into one of the extra mugs. That way I know where it is and I won't be tempted to bring the mug with me. One less thing to put in my carry on.

They're the same size (In a previous thread a member noted that they tested the theory while on the ship and confirmed their suspicions that the plastic hurricane glass and standard glass are the same) so I wouldn't bother bringing the cup. Just get a non-collector cup all cruise.

We are thinking of purchasing beer mugs but where can you refill them? What types of Beer do they have on tap and also is it worth the price vs buying a bottle?
