Refillabe cups..are they worth it??

I got one when I stayed at POFQ but we stayed for 4 days so it was worth it since I get up early and I would get my coffee and then my sister (who was on the trip with me) would go get her coffee. Then before we left for the park I would get a soda. I would strap the empty cup on my backpack when it was empty. It was way worth the $. Then I went on a quick 1 night trip in Dec to AKL but didn't get a cup because it wouldn't have been worth it. But I use my PO cup ALL the time for Coke and coffee. Then in May when we went to AKL I decided to get a cup (but not until after I already bought a coffee) I didnt care because I knew I would get good use out of the cup even after we got home. Now when I use those cups I think of WDW - when I go with DH I only get one mug.

Disney just needs to modify the design to include a refillable sports bottle . I'm contemplating buying just 1 mug per resort, more for home use than use at the resort, but the bottle would be in demand by the kids for their sports and in-room waters :goodvibes

do these mugs come with lids/straws?

They have lids, but you need to pick up your own straws. There are plenty of straws next to the soda stations ( except at AKL ).

I think it depends on what types of beverages you drink...
We don't buy the mugs, because we're not huge soda drinkers... and soft drinks are all that's offered in the fountains... you can't get milk or juice.

You might want to stash some juice boxes, or if you have a car, go to the grocery store nearby and get some drinks from the room... this will save you a ton! :flower:
