Refill pages?

Hi,

I'm sorry if this has already been addressed but I am new to this whole scrapbooking thing and I couldn't find the answer.

I was recently on a Disney Cruise where I purchased a 12x12 scrapbook. I took alot of pics that I would like to include and am going to need additional pages.

Can someone please tell me what brand to purchase? Thanks so much!

Have you tried calling the scrapbook store in WDW and asking them? Its atleast a place to start!

It depends on which style of scrapbook you bought. The post bound pages can vary quite a bit in the number and position of the holes. I ended up taking one of the pages to the scrapbook stores with me and actually lining them up with the ones on the shelf. The album I got in Dec. 2004 (black velvety texture with fireworks) I never did really find a good match. The one I got this summer (brown leather with castle inset thingy and 3 ring binder style) I found the perfect match at hobby lobby. I don't remember the brand. One year, I bought a Sandylion book after I got home (red striped with mickey in the middle) and I had to get the sandylion brand pages to fit.

I was just thinking of this as I've finally filled my 2005 red post bound album (and still have 100-200+ pic to scrap!!!). Great idea taking the protector to the store.

Thank you all for responding! I went to my local Rag Shop and purchased a brand called MBI that fit really well BUT I did not care for the quality of the page protecters. Today I purchased a refill set from Sam Flax which I haven't tried yet. I'll let you guys know how it works out.

P.S. It's the post bound type.

I just wanted to echo the taking the album to the store thing. I did that a couple of years ago with an album I bought at WDW. The page protectors made by Pioneer (they had them at my LSS and at Hobby Lobby) fit perfectly. Since that trip, I have just used the Pioneer ones to fit all of my WDW albums.

I've had a few times where I couldn't find a good match, so just changed them all out to match and then used the other ones for other mismatched albums.

I also find to that using the Snapload Extenders, makes adding pages easier, then trying to extend with additional posts. I've had trouble with the posts coming unscrewed and my pages going everywhere...argh is that frustrating.
