refill on popcorn ?

After reading the thread on the drink refills (we have loads of cups but never knew you could change the bar code!). I remember buying popcorn in one of the parks and then getting a free refill. Has anyone else done this and can you still do it, if so which parks?

I think they were doing this at Busch gardens last summer. We got "free" buckets with a kids meal and just took it to a popcorn kiosk to get it filled, but I think you could buy a bucket and just keep getting it filled.
