Refill Mugs at WL

I just read in another thread that Roaring Fork is not going to be completely shut down during our stay in March for rehab and will have a few things available. Does anyone know if the Refill Mugs will be one of them?

I know...I know... another refill mug question...LOL

We were told they would be selling cans of soda only. Haven't heard if they will sell the mugs to be refilled at WCC or at the bar in the evening.

Roaring Forks will be going through rehab early January through late March. Word is that refillable mugs won't be available. Make other arrangements.

You could get some mugs at the Contemporary and make a long boat trip everytime you wanted a drink.

I am sure there are going to be a few upset people with not having the ability to get mugs at the WL.

There are always upset people. If they had the refillable mugs, you'd have a few people upset with how much they cost, or with how far they have to walk to refill them, or with how limited the refill options are. I suspect that the long-term benefits from a refurbished Roaring Forks will be more than worth-it, and I suspect, even, that the upset from the refills not being available would end up costing less than the cost of building a means to serve refills during the rehab.

The refurb was not announced until last month, so I can understand why people might be wondering or disappointed if they'd already booked it. It certainly is possible that they could have a fountain option, and I hope they do - it is a long refurbishment, and it should be as painless to guests paying for the hotel as possible, IMHO.
