referall bonus information?

Is there anywhere (other thread, website, etc.), where I can find out exactly, the rules, procedures, etc. for referall bonus from DVC. The F&F promotion allowed us to refer some friends who purchased and I just wanted to see something in print, if it is available.

I do know that your referral cannot have talked to anyone before your referral, AND your friend cannot have mentioned anyone else besides you when they were contacted. My referral was asked if they had ever talked to anyone about DVC before, and they mentioned my name and another friend--zip! No referral bonus! I thought that was kind of sneaky, especially since I gave them my rep's name and number, and contacted him that they would be contacting him. Oh, well, Michigan doesn't allow a bonus, anyway, but my DD lives in Illinois, which does, so we could have managed something. The referral was my DB, of all people!
