They are simply evil. :sad2: I have eaten an entire package in the last two days. I am so mad at myself.

I LOVE the white chocolate ones but have only seen them at one store so far. I haven't bought any..... yet.

I haven't figured out why the Reese's Eggs are so much better than the regular Reese's Peanut Butter cups....is it just because they are fresher? Or is it because they are trying to sabotage my "get ready for summer" diet?

See, I feel totally opposite of this. I like the regular Reese's cups better than the Easter egg ones. And I think I know why....

I watched a TV show on the Food Network, I believe and it was all about Holiday candy. They were showcasing the Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs and they said that they have more peanut butter than the regular candy bar. So maybe that's it? Maybe you like the more peanut butter to chocolate ratio? I'm just the opposite, while I do enjoy a Reese's egg during Easter, I REALLY like the Reese's Bunny Rabbit!!! MORE chocolate to peanut butter ratio!!!! A nice thick layer of chocolate with a bit of peanut butter in the middle. Now, those are what a Reese's are supposed to be!!!

Yes I think it's the ratio of pb to chocolate too. I love the eggs but have not bought any for fear of eating the whole package in one sitting!

I can't buy them until right before Easter (or I eat them all) and I think last year they were sold out and one of the kids commented that they were missing them, so I guess I am going to buy them early and hide them from myself!:lmao:

I saw gigantic eggs at Target the other day. I am avoided them like the plague. No Reese's eggs or bunny for me unless I find out I am dying very soon. Then I'll eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner until I hate them! :P

I agree. They must put crack in them or something.

I think it is the ratio of peanut butter to chocolate. The eggs are thicker...more pb...

I can't even walk in a candy aisle right now!:rotfl: I gave up candy for Lent, and my willpower is pretty shaky. ;)

My family ALL loves these, so, when I buy a 6pack I write each of our names on them (2 for each of us, DH,DS and myself) IF you are caught eating someone else's egg you are in BIG TROUBLE. So this way, I don't eat all of them, just the two that have my name on them.

Yes, we put more peanut butter in the eggs, trees, bats, etc- all the holiday items- which makes the consistency thicker yet creamier (but not as thick as the Reese's Cremes). Glad to see everyone loves them!

BTW, for those who like the less peanut butter ratio, check out our newest product, the Reese's Minis. They are bite-size unwrapped mini versions of the peanut butter cup and are easily poppable!

DS15 always has to have a supply of them in the house. If he starts running low he will ration them out until he gets more. LOL This started with the pumpkins last Halloween. He saved a few until I told him the stores were carrying the Christmas trees. He hasn't quite run out of Valentine hearts yet, but asked me to get eggs last week when I told him I was going to Walmart. I got the smaller ones that come in a bag and somehow that bag is empty already.

What comes after Easter eggs? Don't tell me he's going to have to stock the freezer with eggs until October.

ETA: I forgot to mention, my mom got him the 2pk cups that weigh 1/2 lb. each for Christmas. He thought they were so cool that it took until last week for him to finally break down and eat 1/2 of one cup. I think he has a problem.

Reese's Minis are EVIL EVIL EVIL little devils!!! But soooooo :lovestruc!!!

But what are these Reese's Cremes you speak of????

The best Reeses are the invidivually wraped Minis.
Oh, those are my least favorite. I hate how little pieces of chocolate fly off when you peel the paper cup off. If I didn't need them to make peanut butter cup cookie tarts I would never buy them. Best cookie I've ever had, btw.

Well now you have to post the recipe....

I look forward all year to Reese's peanut butter eggs. My favorite candy ever. I freeze bags and try to make them last, but I have no self-control.
