Redwood challenge trail in CA???

Hi There,

My twins loved it last year and I hope it is open during our visit next week.

The official Disney web site doesn't mention that it closed for refurb. However, I have read at least two sources that say it is closed.

Can anyone confirm the status of the Redwood trail?

If you check the DCA calender on the DL website..DCA RCC goes down for refurb on Feb 8.....OK I just checked it again and now there is nothing. I checked just the other day and it was there because our fiirst day is the 7th of Feb and we were going the first day to DCA.Now i have to do some more checking( I found it on the mouseforless.com under refurbs and closures...still says going down on the 8th)

We are going for the California Here I Come tour with Disney YES and they said it WOULD be DOWN when we are there on February 16th....They told us they would subtitute something else for it....I would love for that to NOT be true! Since that is an awesome part of the tour!

We are going for the California Here I Come tour with Disney YES and they said it WOULD be DOWN when we are there on February 16th....They told us they would subtitute something else for it....I would love for that to NOT be true! Since that is an awesome part of the tour!

Interesting - when I started looking at hours/refurbs a few weeks ago for our 7-night VGC trip starting Feb. 14, it said Redwood Creek Challenge Trail would be down, but then about a week ago, it disappeared off the refurb list, so I'm hoping the "new" info is correct! Crossing my fingers.....

I'm on the same boat, I was going to do the Segway Tour (not anymore, but would still like to go on the RCCT for the first time). When I looked it up a while ago it said it would be closed during my trip, and I looked again and it was gone, and this is in late January-Early Feb. I am crossing my fingers as well!

They are now going to be OPEN..the have pushed off what they are doing until April! So I am pumped!
