Reduced Cabin Rates...

I'M LOOKING FOR THE NUMBER OF THE CABINS THAT WERE IN A POST A WHILE BACK, THAT WERE ORGINALLY ONE CATAGORY AND WERE CHANGED TO ANOTHER CATAGORY BECAUSE OF BLOCKED VIEW OR SOME OTHER REASON LIKE THAT. I KNOW ABOUT THE HIDDEN PORTHOLE ROOMS, BUT THESE WERE DIFFERENT ONES.

There are four Category 6 staterooms that were reclassified into Category 7s because of their slightly obstructed views on the verandah. They are 7120, 7620, 6134 and 6634.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I CHECKED DAVE'S AND BARB'S SITE BUT COULDN'T FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED SO CAN START GETTING QUOTES FOR 2004 CRUISE.

O.K. NOW THE REALLY DUMB QUESTION... HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT GEETING A QUOTE FOR THESE ROOMS FROM DU??? DO I JUST E-MAIL THEM WITH THIS REQUEST FOR ONE OF THESE ROOM NUMBERS OR WHAT?

We had this stateroom on our first cruise. It was great! Very short walk up the steps to Topsiders and lovely sunset views!

Do these cabins have a balcony? I thought cat 7 had enclosed balconies?

THE POST SAYS OBSTRUCTED VIEW FROM THE VERANDAH SO I'M ASSUMING THEY ARE THEY ARE THE METAL TYPE. SOMEONE ELSE THAT KNOW MAYBE AN HELP WITH THIS ONE AGAIN.

They are regular Category 6 rooms, actually, but they have a SLIGHTLY obstructed view by the curve of the ship so they were reclassified as Cat. 7s. They have NONE of the features of a regular Cat. 7, though. Also the plexiglass is clear on these, you can see the ocean with no problem.

THANKS. I COULDN'T FIND THIS ON DAVE'S SIGHT EARLIER GLAD YOU INCLUDED THE LINK. I CURRANTLY HAVE A QUOTE FROM DREAMS FOR OUR DATES BUT I'M GOING TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN ABOUT THESE CABINS. DO THEY SLEEP 4 IN EACH ONE OR ARE THEY FOR ONLY 3?
