Redeeming voucher (Orbitz) for PHs

I am wondering if there are any tricks to trading in my vouchers for PHs--kind of like knowing that each gate splits into 2 lines? We will be there on a busy Saturday so I am hoping there might be a booth that is on the side or another idea? Thanks!

I was told by a CM last year that the lines are shorter at the ticket booths on the Harbor Blvd side of the Esplanade. In my experience I would tend to agree with that.
