Redeeming RatCash for SilverClicks?

Okay, I am at the redemption catalog, but I don't see how you get Silverclicks. Is it under a certain category or am I not looking in the right place?

When you click the grey redeem button they are SUPPOSED to go into your silverclicks account as unvested silverclick points. I've tried this 4 times now and only 2 times are they showing up in my unvested at a 0.00 transfer. I give up, Rob says they are still beta testing, fine, but at least let members know if they are going to get their points credited! It is extremely frustrating as this isn't working correctly.
