We just purchased my son's DL ticket from Orbitz. He is the only one of our group who needed a ticket and he is only 4. Obviously he does not have a photo id. Am I right in assuming I can just show my photo id to pick up his ticket?

Also, can we exchange the voucher on our arrival day (we don't plan on going to the parks but will be near there) and just not use the ticket until the next day? We hope to do a magic morning the first day so would like to avoid the line at the ticket booth in the morning.

We have never used a voucher so I have no idea how this works. thanks!

Looks like you'll need to visit a ticket window to redeem the voucher in any case. If you want to take a chance on avoiding a line you could take it to a Disneyland Hotel counter for redemption. On average, Disneyland Hotel staff make the effort to go above and beyond. Worst case they'll direct you to the main ticket windows just outside the park.

Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You MUST print and exchange this voucher for your admission ticket at any main entrance ticket window at the Disneyland® Resort. Guests staying at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel may exchange this voucher at the Hotel Front Desk upon check-in for admission tickets. Photo identification will be required for issuance of all Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets. Subject to restrictions and change without notice.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher may be redeemed for Disneyland® Resort Ticket. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.

Just make sure that everyone identified on the voucher are present when you go to redeem the voucher. The ticket booth will want to make sure that your son is who he is.

Last Oct I walked up to the booth with all our vouchers while everyone else waited near the park entrance, I had to go find them and we all had to be present at the booth, and all had to show some sort of ID. Your ID will be OK for him.
