On May 20 I redeemed Freeride points for a $10 Walmart gift card. I emailed Freeride a month ago to say I never received it. A week later I got a response saying I would get it within 7-days. It still didn't arrive. I emailed Freeride again - have gotten no response whatsoever. I've never had a problem getting anything from Freeride before. Could it just be Walmart?
