I completely forgot to request my Disney Reward Dollars and now there is no chance that I will recieve the card before I leave on our trip to WDW. Is there anywhere on site that I can do this? Thanks so much.

Every Guest Relations has the cards. You'll call in to activate and transfer your rewards money.

Just to add, those locations are only at the parks and DTD/DS--resorts can't issue the cards. Found that out the same way one trip, OP. But it just took a couple of minutes. Enjoy spending your $$!

Did the same thing at Christmas Went got card called within 10 mins had it all ready.

Also, if you are staying onsite they can apply your Disney Dollars to your bill, at least it was that way last summer...so I didn't use any physical cards.

They DID NOT let me do this.

I had my Disney dollars in a card...and left it at home accidently!

I asked visa if they could do anything...they couldn't.

I asked the resort if I could just give them the rewards card number...they said no...had to have physical card.

I ended up having to have my sister use spare key...get the card...and express mail it to the resort.

I don't blame Disney....it was a my stupid fault. But just wanted to share my experience.

Go to guest relations in the park. My mom left her rewards card at home one time. They gave her a new one and she called the visa rewards and they transferred the balance from the card sitting at home to the new one. It was very easy.

They sure didn't let me do this :( I talked to visa and 2 managers and they both said i had to have the physical rewards card.

In my instance I had already transferred my pints onto the rewards card and had received it in the mail...just forgot it.

Wonder if it had changed. This happened to me in Feb.

I am wondering if that is because I didn't ever get the redemption card?

Did you ever talk to anyone at WDW? She did receive her rewards card and had the points transferred to it and then left it at home. Guest services in MK at town hall gave her a new card and then she called VISA and transferred the points from the card sitting at home to the new one. She never talked to VISA except to transfer the points. My guess calling VISA about it, you would get a call center employee who has no clue, even a manager probably wouldn't know that guest relations has the cards.

Yes..I talked to 2 different managers. One specifically at the resort we were staying at.

Oh well. Another case of it"depends who you talk to"

We had 600 rewards points saved...we couldn't risk not using them as it covered like a third of the trip!

20 dollars in express mail ill never get back lol.
