Can you make SVGs?

I need this image for a page but I have no idea how to go about it.
The blue and green need to be teal though.
Any suggestions? Or could you make a few for me? 4 inches tall
I can send you paper.
Or should I just print a pic of the pin and use that?

I had time today to play with it
anything that could be a different color - I did in a nice bright one - just move around & get the stuff that belongs together, together

Unfortunately not yet. I think I got it in my SCAL library or something. I can see it on my virtual cricut mat but I can't figure out how to work the thing.
I'm going to try again when I get home from my school meeting.

if it is on the mat then you just need to put the paper on the mat where it cuts the right color then click on the sissors
the belt/chain needs to be added last

Finally got around to getting this done today.
It took 3 attempts but the 3rd time was the charm. Thanks again Reddy for helping me get this page done, it turned out awesome!!

That turned out great - it does fit the page, I'm not sureif there was anything else that could had been done for that
