Redd Herring

Yep, Scooby Doo question, not a fish question.

My son was watching Scooby Doo when the gang were kids. I think on every episode from that series, Fred blames Redd Herring for everything. I don't think I remember him blaming Redd in the older series. Does anyone know if he ever does blame Redd?
