Red Sox Fans Thread ...let us pray...and sing...

Good Morning! I too am so excited for this evening...the Red Sox are in the World Series! (I am still pinching myself). My son will be coming home from medical school tonight to watch the game with us, and my other son from Boston College wanted to be here too, so it is a great day all around! I have a lot of food to prepare, lol. Enjoy everyone!

I am so excited to get the series started. So, I thought back to what I did differently during the last 4 games of the ALCS & I think I figured it out. During the 1st 2 games, I was in WDW. I left there, came home, watched game 3, another loss. What did I do during the last 4 games that I didn't during the first 3? Drink a Rolling Rock. Yep, that's the only thing I can think of. So, I went to the store yesterday & stocked up on Rolling Rock. Now, here's the kicker. During game 7, I drank 2 Rolling Rocks. So, I figure the more I drink, the better they play. Just to be sure, I think I'd better head back to the store & get more!

He's never been a defensive standout. ever. Bad game all the way around for the Sox in the field, and they still managed to hang on. Gotta love those bats.
