Red Sail Scuba in Grand Cayman

Can anyone tell me their expierences in GC with this excursion? (Red sail is the company that does Disney's excursions I believe) How was the disney run excursion? was it crowded? it says all gear provided. What does that mean? All gear, BCD's regulators, weights, tanks, or just weights and tanks?
