Red Robin Restaurant

Has anyone ever heard of Red Robin Restaurant? DH & I stopped into a Red Robin Restaurant the other day. It was really a great restaurant. More for the younger kids but we saw ALL AGES. The food was great. Has bottomless soda AS WELL AS bottomless french fries. The restaurant has a fabulous decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The menu is HUGE.
AND the prices were super. ALL IN ALL a big 10!!!!

When we got home, I went online and there is only ONE open in MA and we were in it. They will be opening one soon on the Cape.

Does anyone have one in their town? How long has this restaurant been around?

The Whisky River Burger is the bomb! And the Freckled Lemonade (aka strawberry lemonade) is to die for. We really enjoy this place. I am so glad that one is being built just a few blocks away.

I love Red Robin!! When I lived in CA we always used to go to the one in the Glendale Galleria. DH and I would go there often when we were dating. Not sure how long it's been there. I remember going there as far back as 1993 though to that particular location.

They have a yummy vege burger for anyone interested as well as good fajitas and BBQ chicken salad.

Be warned they have a Red Robin mascot that walks around and visits with the guests during the busier times. I hate that little character. Gives me the creeps!!

Well I guess RED ROBIN is making its way across the Nation and has STOPPED in MASSACHUSETTS......YEAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad with the Honey Mustard Poppy Seed dressing...yummy!!! DH had the ICE TEA that had the strawberries in it!!! AWESOME!!! He ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad!!!

WE LOVED IT!!! AND to our delight, we live about 12 miles away and for now it is the ONLY Red Robin in the entire state!!!!!!!!!!

I love Red Robin. Sign up at thier web page and you'll get a free burger on your birthday! I signed up about a month after my birthday and they still sent me a certificate for it good for this year. Love the steak fries and while I'm not an onion ring fan I love the presentation of their onion rings.

I will second the freckled lemonade. I always drink so much, that I am not all that hungry by the time the food arrives. Makes me feel like a kid again. Also, I have never gotten one, but DD loves loves loves their shakes.

WOW...60's and 70's!!! My DS' went for the first time like a month ago and raved about it BUT I thought they were referring to a "mom and pop" type joint...I mean "Red Robin"...not the catchy-ist name...BUT now that you say it has been around THAT long....

I will say we loved it for two old farts...and will be going again REAL soon!!!

We have so many here that my DH and our friend would have to decide which had the best looking wait staff to determine which they should go to. THe one close to there work was convinent but the one 10 min away had the hot waitstaff- can you guess which one they went to?

Now it is one of the few places we can go to with our DS age 11 mo, in fact we ate there tonight.

I Red Robin! We have several in Denver too, they've been around here for quite awhile. I can't remember what it's called, but they have this awesome burger with guacamole on it. Then again, I'd probably eat anything with guacamole on it!

I Red Robin! Love their onion ring stack, salads, wraps, everything! My boys love the balloons & knick knacks. Ours is by Potomac Mills Outlet Mall in Woodbridge, VA.

We usually get really great food and really great service there. The one time we didn't, I shot off an email to let them know that their newest location wasn't quite up to par. I asked for nothing, but they sent me coupons for 4 free meals anyway - even though it was just my daughter and I at dinner that night.

And even though I've never taken them up on their bottomless fries offer, I love knowing it's there!

It's my dd8's second favorite restaurant (after McDonald's). She loves their spaghetti, and once even took them up on their offer of free seconds!

They are all over Colorado, and I remember them from California when I lived there too, 12 years ago. Some chains seem to stay pretty regional. I'm glad to hear it's made it's way to your area!

We like Red Robin, but I can only take so many trips before I'm ready for a break! They started in 1969 in Seattle.

The one time I really had a problem with them they were great about it and the corporate office took measures to make sure it didn't happen again. We'd gone to the Redmond Town Center one just after it had opened, I was 8 months pregnant and the restaurant was pretty quiet. They offered us seats at the bar maybe it was the hormones but I was not pleased! You can't go to the bathroom without seeing the signs about not drinking during pregnancy and they wanted me to waddle to the bar for dinner?!?! Corporate wasn't pleased either and sent us $50 in gift certificates for our trouble.

We love Red Robin!! DS8 loves the bottomless fries. We always take one or two FREE KIDS MEAL coupons with us as well.
