Red painful rash from snorkeling area at Castaway Cay?

Everyone has to remember that you swimming and snorkeling in the ocean, and there is all kinds of varmints and small things in the water. Most if not all will stick you, bite you or stab you in some way. Being human, our bodies are plainly going to react to these intrusions, by bleeding, itching or turning colors! Rarely really dangerous or poisonous, we still need to be careful.

Thanks everyone for the info and well wishes. It looks so much better today - yay! Even with the rash, my daughter said she'd go snorkeling again so it hasn't spooked her, which is a good thing.
