Diagnosed today just 2 weeks after my hysterectomy. How do you cope?

I'm sorry; I'm sure you must be experiencing some discomfort from this. Will you need surgery?

Yeah, not much pain, but bowel issues all the same. I may have to have another surgery when "I can't stand it anymore" according to the doc. Just don't want to contemplate another surgery 2 weeks after this one.

I'm sorry! After the birth of my son I was diagnosed with a recto ******l fistula and it was terrible emotionally for me, miraculously with the help of a low residue diet it healed on its own.

I hope they can get this fixed for you. Bowel issues are the worst.

I feel your pain. I had bladder fixed the end of August, two days after surgery my small intestine and bowel prolapsed. Had another surgery in January. Now everything is fine. First time in years.

Btw., had hysterectomy and bladder repair 15 years previous. Hope this time everything stays in place...
