Hi!

My partner and I are looking for hotels to stay at the night before our flight in Gatwick airport.

We're driving down so would need somewhere that offers parking for our car for the 2 weeks.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

As it's only for the night we don't want to pay a a great deal, but obviously want somewhere close to Gatwick.

Thanks! :)

I stayed at the Premier Inn, Gatwick with my daughter in March. It was really very good. Normally we would stay at the Hilton but booked the Premier Inn as we were trying to keep costs down. We didn't have a car but they do Sleep, Park and Fly packages which include parking for up to 15 nights (you can pay for additional nights individually, if needed though).

We will stay at the Premier Inn every time in the future, it was much better value than the Hilton and I actually got a really good night's sleep.

It is literally right across the road from the North Terminal so very easy to get to the terminal in the morning - just walk out the door and across the road :thumbsup2

We stayed at the Premier Inn A32 which is 200m from the North Terminal Premier Inn and also found it fine. Lots of people have been very happy with their Park and Fly package but we chose not to park. This hotel was half the price of the other Premier Inn (2 mins walk to the North Terminal) so I'd just take whichever is cheapest for your dates. Can't go wrong with a Premier Inn IMO.

We always do the Hilton attached to the south terminal. We nearly booked the Premier Inn but I actually never sleep well in their beds (way to hard for me) and find their breakfast ok but not the best quality. Also nearly booked the new Hampton Inn attached to the North terminal (owned by Hilton and much cheaper) but decided that we had to go to the Hilton. To us its the start of our holiday and we really enjoy the access to the executive lounge in the Hilton with free drinks and food. We normally pay for parking separately and it works out cheaper then doing it as a Park and Fly package with them. The Hilton buffet breakfast has so much choice and keeps us going until we get to MCO..:)

We did a park and stay at the Marriott. Excellent service, very comfortable and we were able to book a private car to take us to and from the airport. We booked through holiday extras. :-)
