Recommendations?

Hi - We are going on our first family trip to WDW 5/1-5/5/12 (I've been but it's been 20 yrs...my husband and girls 6 & 2 have never been). My husband and I want to have one night out including dinner. Any suggestions for something somewhat casual (meaning we don't have to get too dressed up) but romantic and/or fun and picturesque setting with good food in WDW (at any of the parks or resorts)? I'm not super picky, but he is a little more so. Neither of us are big seafood people. We tend to lean more towards American, Italian, and Mexican. I'm a big Margarita lover myself too Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I dare say there will be many forth coming suggestions as there are lots of options. Remember that WDW knows you are on vacation so they aren't expecting people to show up to dinner in fine cocktail wear That being said we really like Tutto Italia in Epcot. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was quite nice. Not to mention the nice stroll around the counties after the meal. You can pretend to be canoodling in Paris with your Love

Yes, you are correct...we will be out alone (rarely happens) as my mom is coming for a portion of the trip and will watch our girls

What about the California Grill? I know it is romantic, but not sure about how casual it is.

I would suggest the Raglan Road Irish Pub in DTD. My fiance and I tried it out last year and fell in love with the atmosphere, food, and even though they do not specialize in margaritas they have a great selection of Irish beers. Its very fun and exciting with traditional Celtic dancing, songs, and traditional Irish food.
