We just got back from WDW on Thursday. We flew out on SWA from Midway in Chicago. We paid $402 for all 4 of us round trip (thanks to Ding fares). 
On both flights, we left the gate 3min early and landed 15min early than our scheduled flights!! 
Thrifty car rental was great!! We wound up signing up for the Blue Chip frequent renter thing. I was in and out in under 5min when picking up the car. We got a mid-size and it was a PT Cruiser. We were nervous it wouldn't fit all of our 4 suitcases, but they fit perfectly in the back. On our return home, the shuttle bus was waiting for us to take us back to MCO. We again were out of the rental facility and back on the shuttle bus in under 5min!! Definitely worth the $118 for the cheaper rate and a shuttle bus to and from the airport!!
