Recommendations on places to stop on the trip from NJ to FL

We will be driving down the last week of October to stay about a week at WDW.

We have driven down before but never straight through. Anyone have any good places to stop. Maybe for food, or just some quick sites to see to break up the long drive?

This past February we drove prom PA. We stoped in St. George SC. there are a number of hotels off that exit. We had a 13 hour drive the first day and then a 5 hour the second day... good luck
