Recommendations on Caribbean Beach

We are staying at Caribbean Beach Resort this Christmas for the first time. I have never been to this particular resort. I'd appreciate any ideas or suggestions while we're there. Are buses the only way to travel to the parks? Is it feasible/reasonable to walk to Epcot or MGM? Any tips from CBC regulars?

You might want to read the FAQ's listed below on CBR. I also have lots of pictures of the resort.

No you won't be able to walk to the parks. You will be able to see the Epcot fireworks from the beach in Martinique.

CBR is a beautiful resort and you will feel like you have escaped to the islands.
