Recommendations for Suite-Style Hotels

Hi everyone! Planning our 2012 Disney trip -- we're going down for a week to check out MNSSHP for the first time!

As a travel party of three very budget-minded 20-somethings, we plan to stay off-site. I'm ideally looking for suite-style accommodations that will give us a bit more space and, most importantly, a kitchenette, as we plan to prepare breakfast in the room and a bagged lunch, snacks, etc. for the parks each day. Any hotels with a complimentary breakfast are ALWAYS a plus. And, of course, we want to be close to the parks and spend less than $75/night or so.

I've been checking out some of the hotels currently listed on Mouse Savers, but I always love hearing first-person reviews before we make our final decision! If anyone has any recommendations for hotels that might suit our needs, I would be very grateful!

check out the Hawthorne Suites on Palm Pkwy... We've stayed there twice - a one bedroom suite has plenty of space - two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room - full size frig....hot breakfast included in rate....location is good - close to DTD and easy park drive.....

The last time we stayed the rate was about 110-120 with tax - so that would work out to less than 75 pp (if that's what your budget allows - or was it total of 75 per night?).....

Be sure to dress up for MNSSHP - you will have a blast

You might want to check out Staybridge Suites in Lake Buena Vista. You can get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with full kitchen for a reasonable rate. One bedroom has a king and the other has 2 doubles, so you would each have a real bed.
Complimentary hot breakfast daily, plus sundown reception Tues-Thurs with some complimentary appetizers and drinks.
It always gets good reviews on the boards, and there is disboarder named Shelby who posts a link for a friends and family discount for a really great deal.
